HZS65 Concrete Batching Plant 65m3/h capacity

The HZS65 concrete batching machine offers several notable features. With a theoretical productivity of 65 cubic meters per hour, it is equipped with a JS1000 type forced mixer as the main mixer having a nominal capacity of 1000L. The batching capacity is provided by the PLD1600 batching machine, and the screw conveyor has a productivity of 80t/h. This machine is composed of various components including a conveyor belt, cement silo/cement tank, screw conveyor, PLD batching machine, twin-shaft mixing host, intelligent computer control room, and metering system.

The JS1000 concrete mixer host is equipped with a dust collector that performs automatic dust collection, dehumidification, exhaust air, and returns the collected dust to the host for reuse, ensuring an excellent dust collection effect. The water supply system uses a water pump for water supply, accelerating the water flow speed and ensuring even spraying. The main frame is packaged with color steel plate, presenting a clean, beautiful, dust-proof appearance and providing a good vision. The combined installation of double posts is convenient for operation and saves space.
