The working principle of the concrete delivery pump is mainly based on the function of the hydraulic system.

Firstly, the concrete mixture is poured into the hopper of the pump. Within the pumping cylinder, one or a set of pistons perform a reciprocating motion. When the piston moves backward, a suction force is created, drawing the concrete from the hopper into the pumping cylinder. When the piston moves forward, it pushes the concrete in the pumping cylinder through the delivery pipe under high pressure.

The reciprocating motion of the piston is precisely controlled and synchronized by the hydraulic system, which provides the necessary power to ensure that the concrete can be smoothly and continuously transported through the delivery pipe to the designated location at the construction site.

Our concrete delivery pumps are also equipped with control systems and sensors to monitor and adjust pumping parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and stroke length, in order to optimize the pumping process and ensure the quality and efficiency of concrete placement.
